Simon Chevalier is a French Artist based in the south of France, near the Alpes. He was awarded two times by the French Ministry of Culture as one of the 100 best French designer 2022 and 2024 with the artworks L’Étoile and Les Oiseaux.
In contrast to a world saturated with fast, colorful, and loud solicitations to spectators, he chooses to present static, black and white pieces.
Simon creates large-scale, repetitive geometric shapes to build sober and precise graphic sculptures always presented in public spaces on a high stand in order to give them a symbolic function.
